Full time live-out Nanny/Housekeeper required in the Ranelagh/Rathmines area. We need someone to help and want them to be part of our family. The working hours are from 8am To 6pm, Monday to Friday. The position will be to look after a baby girl (aged 1) daily and after school from 3p our 7 and 5 year old girls. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities -Primary carer for 1 year old baby -changing diapers for baby -dressing children appropriate to the child's activities -washing children's clothes -planning meals for children -preparing meals and snacks for the children -supervising children's meals -cleaning and washing up after children's meals -scheduling and coordinating children's activities - undertaking appropriate creative activities with the children -undertaking appropriate educational activities with the children -undertaking appropriate outdoor activities with the children -planning and supervising rest, bed and nap times -reading to and with the children -tidying children's bedrooms and play areas -reinforcing appropriate discipline for the children -implementing daily routines -doing light housework Education/Expierence - further training in child care and development such as a formal nanny training program, early childhood classes - proven child care experience with references minimum 2 years - First Aid Key Competencies -responsible -flexibility -enjoys children and family life -ability to multitask -emotional maturity -good judgment skills -planning and organizing skills Excellent salary offered for right candidate.
