Looking for a Live in Childminder/Au Pair I am a single mother running two businesses with a 7 year old son. We are looking for someone who is loving, caring and kind to help me to care for my son and help out around the house. The ideal person to come and stay with us will be very child oriented, patient, fun and loving. We eat healthy and my son has special dietary needs so someone who loves to cook healthy, nutritious food (from scratch) that is low in sugar, gluten free and non dairy would be the perfect fit for our family. Someone who is a self starter and very helpful would be a wonderful wonderful addition to our home. You must love children and be mature, reliable, trustworthy, organised, and good at cleaning up after yourself. I have a varied schedule and sometimes have to go away on business trips for a few days, so your schedule would vary as well. Also I would require you to get him to school and extra curricular activities and help maintain a regular eating, outdoor and sleep routine. Your responsibilities will include: Some cleaning and general housekeeping. You will need a current First Aid certificate, Garda Vetting, and a driver’s licence. Also, a good understanding of the English language including reading and writing is crucial to help him with his homework. I will provide accommodation (own double bedroom) as well as food (organic, lots of fruit, veg and healthy food).Certificate in Child Care will also be highly regarded. I am looking for someone who would like to stay for a minimum of 6 months, but we are looking for a long term arrangement. I am hoping to find someone who likes the outdoors and will be committed to taking my son out daily, rain or shine.
