Hi. My name is Karen and I am 30 years old. Aswell as having 11 years experience in childcare I have two children a boy 6 years old and girl who is almost 2. My qualifications include Fetac Level 5,QQI level 6 and a CACHE diploma level 6. I am fully Garda vetted and also have experience working with children from babies to school aged. I am currently working in a Naíonra for the past 7 years where I am room leader. My duties include the responsibility of all children and staff members who work alongside me. I ensure the holistic care of each child in my care and ensure they are reaching their full potential by observing and planning activities to provide for the learning and development in each key area under the Aistear framework.
