My name is Katherine, but most people call me Kat. I'm 25 years old and currently living in Galway City Centre, finishing a Marine Sciene degree. I've been babysitting since I was 15, though have mainly worked as a waitress while I finish my degree. I love the outdoors, camping and hiking included, having spent much of my youth in Upstate NY. I also love to cook, though more often than not spend time trying to make nutritional dishes more palatable. Don't worry, I also make a mean eggplant parmesean. I grew up watching re-runs of Julia Child's cooking show and seeing my mother constantly reach for her tattered copy of, "The Art of French Cooking."
