I'm a dual Australian-Hungarian citizen, with an EU passport, who has been living in Dublin for two years. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters in Speech and Language Processing from Trinity College Dublin. I am particularly interested in child psychology and language acquisition, and am hoping to become a qualified speech and language therapist in the future. I am currently working as an educational psychology service intern at the Dyslexia Association of Ireland around 25 hours a week. I am looking for child-minding work over the next few months. Ideally, I would like a role that requires 15-20 hours a week. I can be very flexible around the days and hours (except for weekends). I have been working in childcare for 7 years, initially in Australia and more recently in Dublin. From February to April 2017, I minded an 8-month-old in Portobello. From April 2015 to March 2016, I minded 3 children in Black Rock aged between 2 and 6 years of age (one with a hearing impairment). In Australia, I've looked after children from 6 months to 7 years, primarily with three separate families, for periods of 10 months to 2 years. Additionally, I am interested in music, dancing, reading, and keeping active and fit. I have an Australian drivers license and I am happy to do basic house keeping duties such as packing/unpacking the dishwasher, ironing, sorting clothes, cleaning up at the end of the day, etc.
