My name is Emilia Sieroń and I would like to apply for a babysitter position. Let me introduce myself to you in order to verify whether my personality, skills and abilities meet the criteria of a babysitter you are searching for. I am 21-year old student from Poland. I study English-Italian Philology with a translation program in Silesian University. I speak fluent English, Polish and intermediate Italian languages. I have graduated high-school with Maths & English Profile, which can be helpful in overseeing children’s homework. I have many artistic skills which might be of a great use in daily care of your children. I have graduated Musician School in the class of piano (6 years of education, diploma available on demand) and I am able to teach your children the basics of musical education and play on piano, keyboard, pianoforte. I can teach them how to read notes, draw a treble clef or we can sing plenty of songs together. Also, my greatest hobby is drawing. I specialize in graphics, pencil-drawings, paintings (upon request I can provide some samples of my works). I could teach children how to draw, play with colors and generally play with arts. I strongly believe that by having fun I could enhance their artistic sensitivity which could have a really good impact on their emotional development. I am an easy-going, friendly person with a positive attitude who loves children. I believe that the most important duty of the babysitter is to ensure the safety of the children as long as they are in her care, no matter the circumstance. As for the babysitter responsibilities I am ready to: - respect parents’ upbringing methods and rules -Accompany children in everyday activities -Organize play group activities and gatherings with neighborhood children -Prepare and arrange meals for children -Bath and dress children -Serve meals and clean up dining area after meal -Maintain grocery list -Carry out children’s shopping as directed by the parents -Perform light housekeeping, laundry and dry cleaning tasks -Keep children’s bathrooms and restrooms orderly throughout work hours -Perform child related everyday jobs as directed by parents -Prepare and pack children’s lunches -Oversee children’s homework -Feed pets throughout work day as directed -Plan and organize family events and activities I would very much welcome a personal meeting with you to discuss your needs and my ability to meet them.
