We are a professional couple looking for an experienced and very caring Au Pair who will be responsible for minding our two children. Eldest is 10 and youngest is 2. You must have the following attributes: (1) be experienced minding young children (2) Must have a genuine interest in working with children and love minding them. Comfortable playing and engaging verbally with children. (3) Self Motivated and energetic (4) Capable of cleaning and housework (5) Be a clean and tidy person (6) Capable and willing to cook simple meals (7) Enjoy walking and being outdoors with children (when weather is dry) (8) Competent changing a baby's nappy (9) Have an intermediate / good level of English in order to communicate with the children (10) Be an active and enthusiastic person It is important for us that you really love children. We need you to be mature with a calm manner but also enjoy some fun! We are looking for the chosen Au Pair to help us out on weekdays from 7am - 4pm and one weekend babysitting evening per month. We are looking for an Au Pair to stay a minimum of 9 months. We are a non-smoking household and would prefer a non-smoker. In exchange we will welcome you into our beautiful home in Rathfarnham, located in Dublin 16 which is a very safe area and located on an excellent bus route into the city centre and Dundrum Town Centre. You will need to be Garda Vetted and a Certificate in Child Care will also be highly regarded. It would be great if you have your own transportation but not essential.
