We are a family of four who live in a suburb of Dublin called Baldoyle. Dad, David, works fulltime, Mum, Suzanne works 4.5days per week. Robyn (girl) aged 10 and Heather (girl) aged 8, both attend the same school which is a 25 minute walk from our house. We live beside the sea and our house is located 5mins walk to a regular bus service and 10 mins walk to the train station. Inour free time, we enjoy being outdoors and visit the playgrounds, parks and beaches close to our house. Mostly, we would like our au pair to mind the children while Mum is at work. To engage with them, bring them out to play and arrange indoor and outdoor activities for them. We also would like some help preparing the childrens food. We would offer payment of €150 per week in return for 5 days working ( hours involve mornings (7-9am, then afternoons 3-5pm) free between the hours 9-3pm during school term and plus 1 night babysitting. The summer timetable will differ but will keep the same hours in light of summer camps etc We take a family holiday of 3 weeks in August again this can be worked or taken astime off(negotiable). We want a girl whose main reason for coming to Dublin is a love of children, speaking english and who is independent, responsible and sociable. This is our first time inviting an au pair into our house and we are very excited about welcoming a new person into our family and sharing our interests in culture, language and food etc. Start date – June/July 2019. Minimum 6 month stay until December 2019.
