I am an American living in Ireland and recently completed my Master’s of Science in Biodiversity and Conservation at Trinity. Before moving to Ireland I worked as a full-time nanny, minding two boys, aged 1 and 2. Additionally, I have worked as a babysitter and mother's helper for over 9 years now caring for children as young as 2 months and as old as 13. I work especially well with young children (under age 6) and infants. I am also a huge animal lover, with two cats and two dogs of my own, and I am very well suited to families with pets. While caring for children, I feel that it is very important to spend as much time outside as possible if the weather permits. It is my philosophy that spending time outside promotes exercise as well as imagination. Personally, I am a huge fan of hide and seek, soccer, and any games that require a lot of imagination. I am a huge Disney fan, with my favorite princesses being Jasmine and Rapunzel, as well as a Hot Wheels lover. Although I do love to play, I believe that the most important thing while caring for children is safety. I am looking for occasional babysitting jobs.
