I’m Fernanda Castro, a Brazilian Psychologist, 25 years old, who came to Ireland on March, 2018 to study English. I love children and it is always a pleasure to be able to learn with them, so since then I am working with children in Ireland. Before coming to Ireland, I worked with children when I was in College, in Brazil. I did projects in child care and I had such a great time. After arriving in Ireland, I started to work with children. I worked with 3 Irish families. The first one was a temporary job, as the children were almost going to their holidays, I looked after 11 y.o. twins boys for 4 weeks, and it was a live out position. Then, I had my first live in aupair position. I looked after 3 boys aged 5, 11 and 14. I used to cook, help with homework, light housekeeping, prepare lunch boxes, games all day and put the youngest boy to bed. I had a great time with them, but unfortunately I had to change as they were living too far away and it was getting hard for me because I was going to an English school in Cork City every morning. I stayed 6 months with them. My last position was also a live in aupair. It was closer to the city centre in Cork. I looked after two boys aged 8 and 13. I used to pick the youngest boy up from school, cook lunch and dinner, help him with homework, clean all home and play games. They were very nice, and I also had a great time. I left the family when I got married. I stayed 7 months with them. Now I still want to work with children as I really love them. I am looking for a live out position, preferably in Midleton or around. I have a good level of English so you won’t have any problem with misunderstanding. I love cooking, I love pets and cleaning is not a problem for me. I am very flexible, and I am free to start as soon as you need. If you think I can suit for the job, don’t hesitate to contact me.
