Hello! I am a Brazilian 35 years-old woman, looking for a live in position. I graduated in Languages (Portuguese and English) in Brazil in 2005 and after that I started teaching Portuguese to children and teenagers from 5 to 14 years-old. It required of me a lot of patience, dedication, attention, care, discipline and love. In 2011, I moved to the USA as an Au Pair to improve my English. It was a wonderful experience! Besides the Au Pair job, I also worked there as a babysitter/nanny for other families. I used to take care of children in different ages, from 2 months to 13 years-old. Some of my tasks were driving them around, feedind them, playing, doing the laundry, small cleaning, telling and reading stories, helping with homework, setting playdates, swimming, food preparation, changing nappies, giving showers and baths and everything else that was necessary. In 2012 I became an English teacher in Brazil and I kept teaching kids and teenagers. In 2017, I went to Canada where I stayed for 6 months, studying and working as a babysitter, doing the same duties from America. On January 2018 I moved to Dublin and started being a Live In Au Pair in Blackrock, where I minded 2 kids (the girl was 7 and the boy was 9). I worked for them for 8 months. Then I moved to another family's house, also in Blackrock, minding 2 kids: 7 years old girl and 10 years old boy. I used to mind them in the afternoons after school. In the mornings I used to work for a family, as a live out, minding a baby boy. He was 4 months when I started mindind him and 10 months when I left. I was with both families for around 6 months. I am now looking for a new family to work as a live in au pair, starting in early July. I have around 10 years of experience and a driver's license.
