This cleaner is punctual. He was always on time. Unfortunately that is all I can say in the way of positive comments. Our experience was a negative one. 7 years professional cleaning experience sets certain expectations which were unfortunately not met. Some surfaces were missed completely, some surfaces were not cleaned adequately, and the wrong products and equipment were used for the task at hand. This cleaning standard is not deserving of the rates this cleaner asks for. The time management was inappropriate in that the cleaner would decide his hours beforehand, but only tell us at the end. The cleaner sometimes spent longer than necessary in the house possibly because he was distracted by his phone. The cleaner claims in his profile to be trustworthy and honest. This couldn't be further from the truth. He insisted on repeatedly interfering with our central heating controls. This interference resulted in very significant increases to our electricity bills. These increases are in the hundreds with one bill amounting to being three times higher than it should be for the time of year. This has been a terrible experience that has left us significantly out of pocket. I would certainly not recommend this cleaner for any future work. If you are seeking a cleaner, keep searching. This cleaner is not for you.
