My name is Mariana and I’m 24 years old. In 2017 I graduated in Administration, in the University São José - RJ. And I worked at Petrobras as an administrative technician while I studied. In this year, I’m studying English at Erin school in Dublin. At the moment my dream is to have an opportunity to to meet new cultures and to be part of the history, of a different family from mine. Since 1993, I have lived in Rio de Janeiro capital. I was raised only by my mother, who always worked, so I grew up very independent. Even being raised only by my mom, my family is very big and we are always together. We always lived in a family environment and she learn many values of life. My parents always taught us to be honest people. They always kept us close and gave a good education. My lunch is typical Brazilian food, it’s rice, beans, meat and salad. In the breakfast I like to drink juice or coffe and eat cookies. In Brazil my favorite snacks are juice, natural sandwiches, pizza and potatoes. I am very calm, enthusiastic, flexible and organised person. My mother says that I am a very good daughter! And I am very responsible and organised. I am also, always ready to help at my home and in the other people’s home. I feel happy about it, and I try very much to make them proud of me. When I was in Brazil my routine was going to university, cleaned the house and taked care of the Axel. Axel is a very smart boy and we got along very well, when he stayed in my house, we joke, singer children’s songs, I taught his homework, we watched cartoons, I was doing lunch and taked his to taked a shower, to went to school. When Axel doesn’t went to school, we spend time together, and he liked to played, to color pictures, and used to watch films and ate popcorn. When I decided to be take care of kids, I researched about other people's experience and I found many cool things like the possibility to have a real bond with the family, work with children and travel around. So I concluded it is the best opportunity to have a different life experience, become a better person and learn something new every day. Also, the opportunity to improve my English and the exchange study experience, will be very important for my career when I come back to Brazil. All those points motivated me to seek this opportunity. Being take care of kids fills my expectations because I need this opportunity, to become an exchange student and I want to have a lovely job, and don't feel alone. I'm sure this experience will mark my life! Moreover, Ireland is a beautiful country and a country of important cultures. Ireland motivates me very much about the way of living, people’s love of culture and practice of my favorite sport that is cycling. I believe that I will identify with the place a lot, and enjoy very much.
