Let down by Monique
Organised work and at the time that she was due to start she cancelled because she missed her bus. Said it was too far (she knew the distance when she applied for the job) I wouldn’t normally review unless it was a great experience but I told Monique my breast cancer diagnosis and she assured me she could be a cleaner and childminder also. I made many plans for therapy and doc and had to cancel them all. I replied to her cancel text looking for a solution and I got no response. So here I am. Good luck if you decide to use her.
