My name is Miguel and I am a 22 years old. I´m from Arnedo (La Rioja) and I had been studying in Bilbao for 4 years. I´m already in my last course of a design degree at the Basque Country University. Arnedo is a small city and it´s famous for the shoes manufacture. I was born there and I´m the younger of two brothers. All my family lives in this city and I used to visit them once a month. On the summers, I stayed there three months and I work as a life guard in a pool. My parents, Orlando and Nieves work as administrative and chef. My brother, who is 27 years old, works on a factory. My first language is Spanish but had been studying English since school. During that time, I had been practicing different sports, for example swimming, capoeira or acrobatics. For this reason, I love sports and i´m a very active person. Also, I had made a course of first aid and another of free time monitor. I´m scout in my city and I ´m the monitor between 8 to 11 years old. As scout I really enjoy being in the nature and I respected it so much. One of my hobbies is meet new people and go out with my friends and family. I´m a kind and extrovertly person. Another of my hobbies are listen to music and watch series. I really enjoy travelling because I love visit new places and live new cultures. On my trips, I like to photograph new landscapes and draw during the day. ¿Why au pair? In about a year or two I plan to pursue a master on education and I need to learn English for that. For this reason, this is a good opportunity to improve it. And another reason for being au pair is because i like being a part of the education of the children.
