I am a 23 year old from Galway. I have just completed a degree in Radiography in University College Dublin. During my degree I have completed hospital placements in Letterkenny University hospital, Tallaght University and Galway University hospital. I have also completed paediatric rotations. I am a friendly outgoing person with over 8 years of experience working with children of various ages. I have been babysitting for 4 different families in my home neighborhood in Galway since I was 15. One of these families included a child with autism as well as two other children. I love babysitting and being around children so much. During college I got a part time job in a children's activity centre where I worked for two years. We hosted birthday parties, made teddy bears, held soccer tournaments, hosted laser quest parties, entertained summer camps and school tours, had disco and rollerblading parties and many other activities. I play the piano and reached grade 8 when I was in transition year. I play camogie and have represented my club and county having reached all Ireland stages on numerous occasions. I love being outdoors and playing games. I have been a coach at numerous hurling and camogie camps over the last few years including the national gaa camp, Cul camps. I loved teaching the children and seeing them enjoying themselves away from technology. I received 578 points in my leaving cert. I was awarded a Fainne Oir for fluency in Irish when I was in Irish College during the summer months of school. I also received a H1 in biology, chemistry and technology in my leaving cert so I would be more than happy and capable to help with homework. I am a reliable and trustworthy person. I am used to responsibility and am adaptable to many tasks. I am used to pets as I come from a farm in Galway and also have 3 dogs. I love to cook and bake and am capable of cooking food and baking with children. I am Garda vetted also. If I look after your children you will know they are in safe hands.
