At only 21, I already have over 7 years experience working with children in all different stages of development and have done it all from babysitting, to working in creche, to even working in a Primary School. Being as highly qualified as I am at this age means I can not only take care of children skillfully, but I am able to interact and engage with them in a way they relate too. I grew up in America and always knew I loved working with children. When I entered Secondary School, I began my education in Early Childhood Education taking classes and working alongside the children in the schools creche. Over the years I have worked for a Child Development company while in Secondary School as well as when I was attending University. I have volunteered in multiple 5-6 year old class rooms assisting the teachers with anything they needed, from covering outdoor play to running my own reading groups with the children as well as aiding in one on one time with the children. My love for children reaches beyond the classroom as I also have 2 coaching diplomas from NFHS (National Federation of High School Association) that I was able to use to be the head coach and run my own after school football (soccer) training session. Throughout my time I have coached and trained children from ages 3-10. Patience has always been one of my main focuses while working with children and has been a trait of mine that has only grown each time I work with children. I love being able keep children occupied and enjoying themselves whether it be through arts & crafts, reading, or going outside to play and adventure.
