Dear Family, I am Manuela Vasconcelos, a fully experienced Brazilian childminder/aupair/babysitter working for almost ten years with Irish families. I am also a Trinity College graduate and have lived permanently in Dublin for 7 years and in a short-term basis (due to my last job) for almost 3 years. I am going back to reside in Dublin at the beginning of September/2023 and will be available for a childminding position, in a live-out basis (preferably full-time) from September 11th. My first experience as a childminder in Europe dates back to 2010, where I had lived in Ireland and England for a year. Back then, I worked as an aupair for 4 different families. After being back to Dublin in 2013, I lived with an Irish family for 2.5 years, in which, I worked as an aupair of a baby girl aged of six months old until she was 3 years old. During this time, I also worked as a cleaner for the former Hassle.com platform from August/2014 to September/2016. Furthermore, I worked as a child minder for an Irish family from 2016 to 2018; and lived with another family from 2017 to 2018. Besides all the one-off jobs I also did during these years, I had been working as a cleaner and guest host for several rental apartments on the Airbnb platform in a regular basis since 2015. In January of 2019, I worked as an aupair, on live-in basis, for a lovely Irish family with 3 children (ten-year-old and six-year-old twins) until June of 2020. From mid-2020 to the end 2022 I worked with an Irish/British/Lebanese family full-time and on-call, where I traveled with them to many different countries. During this time two babies were born (2020 and 2022). At the beginning of 2023 I came to Brazil (where I am now) and, although I do not work full-time for them anymore, we still maintain a strong work relationship to this date, where I do on-off work for them whenever necessary. I am also an Italian descent and have been recently granted the Italian citizenship. However, it should take a few months until the papers fully issued in Dublin, where I am moving back permanently in September of 2023. I have enclosed my CV to support my application.
