My name is Sharlane. I'm Brazilian and I have 34 years old. I moved to Ireland to enhance my English. In addition, I'd like to growth my experience with new opportunities, both personal and professional in a new cultural environment. I'm a creative and flexible person, always willing to learn and develop new skills. To link my passion for children, which began when my sister asked me to take care of my niece, and learning about a new culture, I'd like to take care of children. I'm convinced that every child deserves a safe, loving and stimulating environment in which to flourish. As mentioned, my first experience was caring for my niece in her early years. Despite the difficulty of having to be attentive at all times, there's nothing more beautiful than being present for those first words, seeing her happiness through her eyes at mealtimes and watching her sleep peacefully. I consider this a gift, and it's how you develop great creativity and problem-solving skills, always with the aim of bringing joy and well-being. I also have a professional experience working with children during my stay in Germany during my studies. I had the opportunity to meet a family and have this incredible exchange of experience. My main activities was preparing meals, organizing household activities, guiding the child on outings. Over the years, my experience as a babysitter has given me the opportunity to witness the positive impact a dedicated caregiver can have on a child's life. I firmly believe in the importance of cultivating an environment that promotes not only physical and intellectual development, but also emotional. I’m motivated by the joy of seeing children flourish, develop confidence, and explore the world around them. This deep commitment leads me to provide care not just as a task, but as an opportunity to contribute to the healthy and happy growth of the child in my care.
