Hi I am a 37 year old Irish female- available for part-time elderly homecare in Kilkenny City ------------------- Services: personal care, emotional support, housekeeping, meal prep, companionship, light grocery shopping, walks. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I was recently working in a busy Kilkenny nursing home. I cared for those with dementia, mobility issues, those with cognitive challenges and those who may simply need some support and assistance with their tasks of daily living. I assisted the elderly with tasks such as personal grooming, washing, oral care, dressing, feeding, bed changing, light housework - - - - - - - - - - - - I am looking to provide more personalised, direct care in the home --- I have recently qualified as a healthcare assistant (Healthcare Support QQI Level 5) -----------------------------My priority when caring for the elderly is first and foremost to exercise empathy, kindness, reassurance, a listening ear and of course, a nice cup of tea.
