Hello, my name is Amy and my husband and I are currently seeking a caring and reliable childminder to start immediatly. We are based in Brownsbarn, right beside Citywest. We have a wonderful 5-year-old son, Danny, who will be starting Junior Infants this year in St.Mary's national school, Saggart. We also have a 3 year old daughter, Cassie, who attends Junior genius creche in baldonnell. The role would include dropping Danny to school at 9.10 and collecting him at 1.40 and dropping Cassie at 9.30 and collecting her at 12.30 to bring back to our home. Danny is a cheerful, adventurous little boy who loves to play, enjoys cuddles, and is a big fan of Toy Story and Cars. Danny is autistic, so we are looking for someone kind, patient, and understanding. Experience with children on the autism spectrum would be a great advantage. Cassie is a fun, playful and loving girl who loves play, singing, dancing and music. The position is for five days a week during term time. We would need help for approximately one hour before school each morning, and after school care in our home until around 4.30pm. As I am a teacher, there may occasionally be earlier finishes.
