Special Needs Caregiver - Morning & Afternoon Support (URGENT) Location: Doughiska, Galway Schedule: 5 hours a day Rate: Competitive, above standard rates Urgent requirement - Seeking an experienced caregiver to support our son with autism and learning disabilities. He has high support needs and can have difficulty with regulation when excited or overwhelmed. You need: Genuine experience with autism and behavioral challenges Ability to stay calm during difficult moments Physical capability to manage active situations safely Patience and resilience The role: Help parent with getting child ready for school in the morning Accompany parent and child to school (parent drives, no car needed) Work alongside parent at all times, not alone.
