Part time Childminder/Nanny wanted - Gort area We are looking for an experienced, practical, kind-hearted and good-humoured childminder or nanny to care for our 1.5 year old son Naoise for three days (Tuesday-Wednesday) in their home or in our home. Naoise is a happy, social active and curious little boy who loves songs, stories, being outdoors and exploring the world around him. He is a sensitive babba and needs extra help settling in with new people, so patience and kindness is essential. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children and who will talk to him, sing, read books and play with him throughout the day, helping him learn and discover new things every day. We'd love to find someone who is warm, engaged, energetic and confident enough to simply get stuck in and get on with things. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is reliable, dependable and genuinely committed to working with children. We hope to find a person who will become a trusted and valued part of our family's routine and who takes pride in providing attentive, nurturing care. The ideal person will: - Have experience caring for and young children - Be kind, patient, practical and reliable - Enjoy spending time outdoors and planning activities - Be Garda vetted - Hold a full driving licence and have access to a car - Have a good standard of spoken English (Intermediate level or above) - Be comfortable around dogs, if providing care in our home Pay to be negotiated.
