Housekeeper required in Swords, Dublin Hours: 16 hours per week Rate: €14.15 - €16 per hour (DOE) I am looking for a reliable housekeeper/cleaner to maintain, clean and organise the home on a regular basis. If you take pride in your cleaning skills and have a keen eye for detail, this role might be perfect for you. There is a toddler in the home so flexibility, care, safety and patience is needed. Key Responsibilities: 1. Thoroughly cleaning and maintaining of the house. 2. Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, steam mopping and dusting all areas of the house. This includes weekly deep cleaning of child's room and play areas with occasional need to move furniture to vacuum clumps of dust which are choking hazards 3. Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers and bath. 4. Replenishing toiletries and supplies as needed. 5. Wiping down surfaces in all rooms, including kitchen countertops, kitchen cupboards and appliances. 6. Emptying all bins and ensuring proper waste disposal. 7. Changing beds 8. Ironing & Laundry- This includes sorting and putting laundry in washing machine and tumble dryer/clothes horse, ironing clothes and putting them away. 9. Occasional tasks such as window cleaning (inside), polishing of stairs and skirting board cleaning. Requirements: 1. Speaks English to an intermediate to high level - being able to communicate is essential in this position 2. Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not mandatory. 3. Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently. 5. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. 6. Excellent communication skills. 7. Respect for privacy and confidentiality. 8. Be adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks or responsibilities as required by the household's needs. 9. Garda vetting Working Hours: This role is for 15-16 hours per week. The cleaning sessions will be scheduled and the specific days and times can be agreed.
