Carer Required – South Mayo We are seeking a reliable and compassionate carer to provide care and support for an elderly gentleman who is a wheelchair user in the South Mayo area. Role includes: -Personal care and assistance with daily living activities -Showering & toileting -Mobility assistance and safe transfers from bed -Prepare breakfast & lunch meals -Companionship and general support -Light household duties related to care (make bed, change sheets etc) -Monitoring comfort and wellbeing Shifts Available: Day shifts & night shifts (Flexibility required – rota to be discussed) Requirements: -Previous experience in elderly care or healthcare support preferred -Kind, patient and dependable -Ability to assist with mobility and wheelchair transfers -References required Competitive rate of pay depending on experience.
