Our childminder of many years is retiring, so we're looking for someone to take over the after-school routine for my youngest daughter, based around the Rathfarnham/Rathgar area. The role is mainly driving: collecting from school and getting her to and from her regular after-school activities, with some quiet downtime at home in between. There's light meal preparation and cleaning involved. It's a steady, predictable routine rather than a busy childminding role — same places, same days, most weeks. We'd be hoping to find someone who settles in for the long run, as our last arrangement did. Days and hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm–6pm. What I'm looking for: - Full, clean driving licence and your own car - Someone steady who can commit for the school year.
