I need an experienced, compassionate, kind, friendly carer who has a passion for caring for the elderly and who has some experience of caring for people with mild Dementia. I am looking for such a carer for my 83 year old father at this home. He is still mobile and quite independent. His short term memory is bad but still very much of sound mind and very alert and communicative. He loves to joke and is very witty...he needs his meals prepared, house kept tidy and help to and from his upstairs bedroom. he likes company but also his own time watching TV and having day naps.
