Hi. We are looking for a nanny / Aupair to start working with our family in near Clane, Co Kidare. Our previous childminder is finishing to pursue a career in teaching. She was with us for 5 years, and we are looking for a bright and friendly person to take her place. We have a 7 year old girl, and a 5 year old boy. Both children are in primary school locally. We are looking for a responsible person to care for our children during the working day, collect and them from school, arrange their meals, bring to after school activities, and help with homework etc. We are a happy easy-going family, and we are looking for someone who will be able to help out with all areas of childcare. We live on a stud farm so a love of horses is helpful, but not necessary. This is a full-time, live-in (in a separate private cottage) position near Clane, Co. Kildare. In general the role is to help get organised for school in the morning, and there is time off during the day while the children are at school. And one evening babysitting per week. Sometimes we need help for a few hours at the weekends but this is generally arranged in advance. Our nanny will have their own personal living space, and will have sole use of a cottage beside our house, all utility bills will be covered. We will provide a Car with car seats so applicant must have clean EU driving licence and be over 24 for insurance to drive car.
