I work nights and days so will only need someone 2 / 3 days midweek to look after my 8 month old baby in our home. I have my shift schedule and know my shifts for the rest of the year so if this suits please reach out. It could look something like Monday Tuesday and Friday one week for example and the next week, Wednesday and Thursday. My partner works from home so they will be in the next room.
