3 sisters 93,89 and 80 year old . Loughrea edge of town .. 93 year old has had stroke 7 weeks ago .Needs Hoisted,,incontinent change and ready for bed 7-8 pm 7 days a week. Have public health care maximum hours but probably will need evening cover . In hospital for another 2 weeks possibly . Other sisters ok at present . Needs to be local
