I have worked in the childcare sector for over a decade. I have worked with every age group from the baby room up to the after school room. I achieved room leader roles and then eventually team leader role, encouraging my team to strive for the best care they could provide for the children in their care, whilst fostering a warm and friendly atmosphere with colleagues and parents.
