I have a 35 year old son that has traumatic brain injury. He can generally function on his own but needs constant supervision. My wife had an accident and will not be able to care for him for the next few months. During the day I need somebody to keep an eye on him and take him out occasionally for walks around the neighborhood. I work from home so I'm here to help in case of any emergencies. We have an indoor cat that is not any trouble at all.
