We’re on the lookout for a passionate and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our warm and welcoming team in the Toddler Room. You’ll be working closely with two dedicated team members to create and deliver an engaging, play-based curriculum inspired by Aistear. Your role will involve co-planning with the children to develop short, medium, and long-term learning goals that reflect their needs, interests, and unique personalities. Every day brings new opportunities for play, discovery, and fun in our caring and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: • Implement and develop a child-led, play-based curriculum • Plan and document observations, learning goals, and activities • Maintain clear communication with families via in-person updates and our dedicated App • Complete essential TUSLA health & safety documentation • Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborative planning MINIMUM LEVEL 5 IN CHILDCARE
