Dementia patient. Memory is ok but mobility very impaired. Needs assistance getting to toilet, using toilet and walking. Mostly need a career who can sit with him when he is alone in the house for an hour . Ideally the hours of [removed] mon, Tue , and Thursday. He will have been dressed, bathed and showered so really just company and assistance to use the bathroom if needed.
