Afterschool Childminder Wanted – Firhouse, Dublin 24 (Starting September, with Option for August Warm-Up Days) We are looking for a kind, reliable afterschool childminder to care for our two girls, aged 5 and 7, in our own home in Firhouse. Both children attend Scoil Carmel: • One finishes at 1:40pm • The other at 2:40pm We need someone who can: • Collect both children from school (own transport required) • Mind them in our home until 6:00pm • Prepare and give them a light afterschool meal • Help with homework • Care for them Monday to Thursday only (no Fridays) There is a playground near the school that can be used between pickup times on nice days. The role begins in September, but we’re also open to a few settling-in days in August to help the children adjust. We’re happy to discuss care during midterm breaks, if available.
