Looking for short-term live-in care work – with no hassle, no fees, and no uncertainty? At ALHomecare, we offer a professional and transparent working relationship between you and the family. You pay no commission, and the family (your employer) covers all taxes and contributions. This ensures a fair and legal work arrangement, with no hidden costs. We are currently recruiting experienced live-in carers for short-term placements across Ireland (1 to 8 weeks). These are respite roles, caring for an elderly person while the regular carer is on leave or during recovery. What we offer: - €143.50 gross/day (7 hrs/day) - €20.50/hour overtime - Free accommodation & meals - 15% supplement when caring for 2 people - Travel reimbursed (within Ireland) - Full flexibility – work when it suits you - Direct contract with the family Requirements: - QQI modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person - Manual Handling certificate - Min. 1 year verified full-time care experience - Good spoken English - Legal right to work in Ireland - Willing to sleep in the client’s home If you're a compassionate, experienced carer looking for flexible, respectful live-in roles, we'd love to hear from you!
