We are looking for a full time health carer / housekeeper to join our family helping us take care of our wonderful 87 year old non mobile mother/grandmother. She is very articulate and mentally well. Loves sports, politics and general news. We are a very loving close family . We are couple together over 32 years with 2 teenage children & 2 cats. We will have the assistance of HSE package carers at least 21 hours a week. This is a full time position 30/40 hours a week. Excellent pay and conditions. Required: References, International police vetting if have lived 6 months plus outside Ireland, we can process Garda Vetting. FAR training and Manual Handling, HACP can be organised and paid for as part of the employment package. Usually days but only some weekends or nights or holiday cover with support of other carers.
