We have a 3 year old child and a baby of 10 months old. It is a busy house and shifts would vary each week as we are both shift workers. We know our work rosters a month in advance so you would have your set hours in advance also and our current au pair gets many days off in a row which allows her to have plenty of free time. We would need the odd Saturday or Sunday cover as we work 1-2/4 weekends per month but this would be arranged well in advance. We need someone kind, reliable and hard working. Our 3 year old has mild autism so we need someone who will get to know him very well and get to know his needs in a kind and patient way.
