A family are looking for an experienced childminder to care for their two children in Dublin 4 area: • Girl aged 10 • Boy aged 12 REQUIREMENTS: • Ideally with a childcare qualification and relevant experience • Excellent references required • Fluent English • A full clean driving licence would be preferable, but not obligatory. • Transport can be provided if necessary DUTIES: • Monday to Friday – School runs (local) - flexibility surrounding start/finish times • Dropping/collecting the children to/from school, sports and extra-curricular activities. • Requires flexibility as some activities may occasionally cross into evenings/weekends. • Organizing and supervising activities, playdates and attendance at sports events. • Ensuring school uniforms/sports kits are in place for each day. • Children’s laundry including organising school uniforms, sports kits, etc. • Supervising and assisting with homework and ensuring correct school books are in place for the following day. • Preparing healthy and nutritious meals for the children. • Occasional overnight babysitting • Travel with the family on some family trips abroad. Approx. salary: • Salary dependent on experience • Provision of car if required. • 25 days annual leave (extra days can be taken in line with school mid-terms on approval)
