Hi, we are looking for an au pair to join our family as our current au pair finishes in October. We would love someone who will treat the kids with love, understanding and kindness. Our 3 year old is very charming and funny. He has mild autism so he can be set in his ways but is very affectionate and loving to all who know him. He is currently in playschool a walking distance 3 hours per day during the week. Our 11 month old baby is almost walking, very independent, determined and stubborn. He has had a tough start in life with reflux and food allergies but is improving day by day. He is very attached to those close to him also. He is great at independent play and loves crawling around the house exploring and following his brother everywhere. Myself and my partner are both shift workers and need someone who can be somewhat flexible as our shifts can vary a bit. However, the au pairs working day will not usually be more than 8 hours.
