We are looking for a caring, responsible, and experienced nanny or childminder to care for our baby in our home from Monday to Wednesday, 8am to 6pm, starting end of April 2026, when our baby will be 8 months old. We would love to begin with a half day per week between now and April so that our baby can get to know you in a calm and gradual way. You should have experience caring for infants and be mature, trustworthy, reliable, and kind. References from previous roles are essential. We are a non-smoking household, and would prefer a non-smoker. You must also be comfortable around dogs, as we would love for you to include our well-behaved border collie in any outdoor walks with the baby. Your responsibilities will include: Caring for and engaging with our baby Light household duties and general housekeeping Taking the baby (and dog) on walks/outings Requirements: Infant care experience Strong references Ideally has own transport or lives nearby Comfortable with dogs First Aid certification (preferred) Garda vetting (preferred) Childcare qualifications (preferred but not essential) If you’re warm, reliable, and looking for a lovely family to work with part-time, we’d love to hear from you!
