Childminder Full time 5 days a week needed for 1 and a half yr old (Part time can be discussed as option) ••••••••••••••••••••••• Must live IN castlebar town OR have your own trsnsportation ••••••••••••••••••••••• Only carers available to mind in minders Own home - (and outdoors, local places)- will be considered! ••••••••••••••••••• Seeking minder who enjoys engaging with kids Must be happy to be outdoors as much as possible as he needs to be active to use all the energy he has to sleep at night! He is a big boy :) also is preference for the fresh air and the calming environment of nature & social surroundings Eg out to park, playground, library My son is a pleasant little man, curious and social, who loves to engage with his surroundings, loves to explore and interact with other kid and figure how everything works! •••••••••• The absolutes: - Screen free (no phones, tv's etc during his care) - sugar, additive, sweeteners free diet - no requesting him to pose for photographs, this is important part of his upbringing for me as I am raising a little man who knows what consent is and does not have to respond to expectations like this. Also presence and engaging with physical life is important aspect of the values I am instilling in him, whereby physical self awareness is Not encouraged or important, but instead to live in contact with your own feelings (no he is not 'difficult', bold, stubborn or spoilt because of this. Not at all. He is really engaging and sometimes just plays/messes for some moments before he does the task that you need him to do in some cases. He subtley says no when he doesnt want to do soemthing and I respect that and we do it after a while when hes open to it) - he only rarely can have wheat/gluten in his diet due to his tummy history so diet is important (I am happy to provide a clearer direction of what he can have.
