Weekends and overnights Elder Care needed in Tullamore near hospital - mostly for our mam with type 2 diabetes and advanced dementia, but also some support needed for our dad. Will include personal care, housework, laundry, meal preparation & prompting to take meds, accompanying to doctor's appointments, coffee and chat at the house or nearby for walks. Needs 24x7 care so working as part of a team of carers, possibly to supplement weekday carers. Previous experience and garda vetting required. Possibly using blood-sugar monitor.
