Looking for a kind, caring companion for an elderly lady who is mostly independent and requires no housework and very little personal care. Simply needs gentle support during the day and during lunch and dinner, along with help ensuring she takes the correct medication with her meals. The role includes offering company and light activities such as puzzles, reading, short walks etc. Hours are flexible, ideally covering midday to late afternoon (from 10.30/11:00 am to 5:00/5:30 pm), with the option to split the shift into two parts (10.30/ 11:00–1:00 and 2:00–5:00/5:30). No weekends or nights are needed. This is a lovely opportunity for someone warm and patient who enjoys conversation and providing friendly companionship.
