Kind 94 year old man needs help with his morning pills. He lives independently and is mobile (no walker or walking stick). Very involved family who spend every evening with him and manage the evening pills. Very kind neighbours also. So not socially isolated. He is no longer able to reliably manage his morning pills. He is very alert and clued in for his age, however age is now taking its toll on him.
