Role to be filled by April 2026, with start in July 2026. Full time nanny required for one year old boy in child's own home in Barna village, Galway, starting July 2026. This is a young family home of first time parents - there are no other children or pets in the home. We are looking for a warm and caring nanny for our son. Both parents work from home, with at least one parent usually in the house at all times. Our preferred candidate will have experience with babies / toddlers, some basic first aid knowledge and references. Working hours approximately 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday, but if a slight adjustment is needed, we can discuss consistent hours that suit both parties. Due to the unreliability of buses to/from Barna, candidate should ideally have their own mode of transport. Pay dependant on experience and qualifications. As this is a full time role, this will be "on the books" and statutory paid holidays etc apply. We are open to either a nanny or au pair.
