I’m looking for a reliable, patient, and experienced Special Needs Carer / SNA in the Carlow area to support my 14-year-old son with autism (PDA profile), severe anxiety, and sensory needs. Hours: 2–3 hours, one evening per week Friday or Saturday, starting after 8:30–9:00 pm, once he is asleep. Then when comfortable with the person one night stay once a month. Role: Supervise and stay in the home while he sleeps, follow routine, respond calmly if needed, ensure safety Location: In our home
