Hi, Many thanks for getting back to me. I’m going to outline my specific cleaning requirements in relation to my three-bedroom terraced house at 13 Oaklands Avenue, Swords, County Dublin, K67W802. Starting with the sitting room — it has a wooden (laminate-style) floor which I would like thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. There is also a small mat by the fireplace and a medium-sized mat that both need a deep clean. The hallway is fairly small and does not require heavy work, just a standard clean and disinfect. The kitchen and dining area are combined. I would like the floors cleaned and disinfected, the dining table wiped down, and the kitchen countertops fully cleaned. I also need the air fryer and microwave cleaned. The fridge needs to be cleaned inside as well. I’m currently in hospital and not in a position to empty it myself, but someone will be available to let you into the house and assist with access if needed. The stairs are wooden with tiled sections and should be cleaned and disinfected. The landing is wooden and has two small mats that need cleaning. The bathroom needs a full clean and sanitisation — bath, shower, toilet, sink, tiles, skirting boards, and general surfaces. The main focus is the box room, which was left in very poor condition by a former tenant. There are empty wine bottles that need to be gathered and disposed of in the outside bin. The carpet needs to be cleaned, clothes tidied and stacked neatly in one area, and dust and debris behind the bed hoovered and cleared. First clean is i would my box room totally cleaned out as had a lodger who left a mess not too bad and its a small room. The other 2 rooms I do not require cleaning as they are tenants also.
