We are a small and calm family based in Edenderry. I am a mother looking for weekly practical support while managing daily routines and appointments with my child. My son is autistic and non-verbal. He is a gentle, calm child who thrives on routine and structure. He may take a little time to warm up to new people, but he is not aggressive and responds well to patience and consistency. We are looking for someone kind, reliable and patient who feels comfortable supporting us during outings and appointments. This is mainly a support role to assist me while we are out, rather than a full-time childcare position. We value clear communication, mutual respect and a calm environment.
