We are a friendly family based in Blackrock looking for a reliable, organised and proactive housekeeper/childminder to help keep our home running smoothly and support us with our children. The position is available from mid-April. Ideally we are looking for someone who can provide wrap-around support across the week, helping with household organisation as well as school runs and occasional childcare. However, we would also happily consider candidates who are available in the afternoons from Monday to Thursday, with Friday hours offered on a more flexible or ad hoc basis. The role focuses primarily on maintaining a tidy, well-organised household, with particular attention to the children’s laundry, clothes, toys and general day-to-day household organisation. We have two lovely children: a 7-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl. The role will include school and activity pick-ups, as well as occasional childcare. We also have a friendly and curious cat. We are looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, comfortable around children, and who enjoys helping to create a calm and organised home environment.
